Nestled on a beautiful corner lot in historic Hyannis Port, Massachusetts, a few streets from the famous Kennedy Compound, this four-bedroom home required a complete gut-renovation. The house was stripped to the studs and framing was modified to create an open-concept plan appropriate for a modern family with three teenage children.
The separate Dining Room includes a pass-thru Butler’s Pantry to the Kitchen. The wife is a talented cook and avid entertainer, and this space provides an intimate place to host candlelit dinners and holiday meals. Another favorite space is the Sunroom, home to an 18ft long banquette and hand-painted game table, perfect for late afternoon reading or playing cards.
