The coastline of the New Jersey shore serves as the backdrop and inspiration for this seven-bedroom newly constructed home. After owning a home around the corner for 25 years, our clients were eager to build their dream home. They required a functional space for their growing family and room to entertain beyond the summer months and into the holidays.
Bathed in natural light, this beachfront property is surrounded by breathtaking views of the shore and beyond. The open Kitchen and Dining Room remain purposely neutral to allow these views to take center stage. Elsewhere, soothing hues of blues and greens dominate while traditional furniture shapes are paired with vibrant prints to cultivate an inviting but sophisticated feel. Lacquered treatments in the Dining Room, Den and Basement reflect light around the rooms for a luxurious touch.
